Revolut needs a way to proactively notify users when their cards aren’t working. It’s so frustrating having to go to Reddit just to find out that Revolut is down.

Shouldn't be a problem if you don't self host your status pages, which you shouldn't

A status page doesn’t proactively notify users.

Neither does reddit, but users can check it to see official statements from the company instead of possible misinformation elsewhere
