What is this, can't EFF or FSF or some related org provide legal aid

And does the access act as a kind of fair use? Not like Nitter is making money from the access to the content

The EFF and FSF don’t throw money at hopeless causes. No matter how much uninformed armchair lawyering there is on this thread, Nitter simply has absolutely no case and they’re going to lose. It would be a complete waste of limited resources to defend them.
