Especially as it has planning permission for two dwellings - a 5 bed house where the pool currently is, and a three bed house where the workshop is located.

Hopefully its not bought just to be turned into apartments and the tunnels sealed off with concrete.

What is wrong with creating more housing for more people? Seems like something the UK could use right now.
