Are you assuming cost of switching is included in the definition of “better”?

There really is no cost of switching. The only thing is that we might not be bothered to switch to something better if we're already very happy with what we have. I think all of us are like that.

So you think that the person posted this question meaning to ask, “If there was a solution that you liked more, was cheaper, and you could have fully implemented at the blink of an eye, what would you switch from?”

Also for commercial stuff, there’s obviously a cost of switching. For personal stuff there is as well but it’s generally close to 0.

For me, for example, I wouldn’t switch from Apple Music to something that cost a penny less and was a better experience or whatever. Same with 1pass. I like the solution I have well enough and both are cheap enough that it’s not worth thinking about how to export/import or whatever and then learn the new system.
