Yes, I am judging and making assumptions about HR, namely that they make a routine of discriminating against neurodivergent men, particularly so those with autism, and that this has materially harmed countless companies but is done nonetheless because that's how HR operates. And that furthermore, HR is hypocritically filled with neurodivergents themselves, but of a different sort.

I can see why you would have problems with HR.

Not ever since I learned HR interviews are all about casual meaningless chitchat, nothing about technical qualification or even questions about the job. That is, except on those rare occasions where a company has HR run by a man, in which case you can be sure he has that job through shear merit.
