Which is highly illegal, especially as a form of monetizing pain and lack of agency from elders incapable of decision making but flush with money and inheritors

Every person I’ve known in hospice had their wealth drained in the last six months of life. They would have gladly taken a more dignified way out if they could have afforded it, leaving something to their next of kin to boot.
