Yes. The 2FA via either biometrics or some other means requires us to have the bank's own app - even in small local branches - where said app is only available through one of the app stores. Context: I live in an 11th century, 200 inhabitants, no infrastructure village with one bakery and one bank which is actually only a small office of a rural cooperation.
