Don't give us password minimums or maximums. Just let me pick my password in peace. Unless you're a bank, I don't want to invent a new password just for you.

Also, if you're going to ask for a password then ask for confirmation of that password just to be sure.

On boarding process is a little long as well---why do I need to upload an avatar before I even have an account?
