As far as I can tell, pretty much every org or governing body that can classify something as a "genocide" have already done so.
That said, getting into an argument over which word to classify the senseless murder of innocent men, women, children, journalist, medics, etc. in the context of a multi-decade illegal occupation, seems like a distraction.

No. The ICC President even came out and explicitly corrected people that were claiming the ICC ruled that Israel was causing a genocide due to the influx on online conspiracy theorists. Anyway, this is slightly offtopic re: Reddit moderation.
