Since then, for whatever reason, it's not available for my account (I'm on a Plus plan).

I would not trust OpenAI to retain my chats given that their model for what is a TOS-violating conversation evolves every week or every month.

Any outputs they generate that one finds useful need to be retained outside their walled-garden.

Thanks for sharing that...I don't use the pro plan so I built this extension to allow everyone to bookmark their important chats for free

all chats are stored locally, so there are no privacy concerns either
