No it doesn't. It depends entirely on "points" having value, which they don't. No woman is going to screw ugly guys for fake internet points, and if she did then her own attractiveness is going to plummet in the eyes of almost all men.
What would she need them for, anyway? Tinder already exists if she wants a NSA night with a guy way out of her league.
