I can relate. When I wanted to become a Linux sysadmin, every entry level position required 3-5 years experience. What field are you trying to break into? What skills do you have? How much experience? Do you have a portfolio / code repos / blog with tips / other thing to show off?

If every job requires experience then every graduate will always be jobless.

There are jobs for freshers which doesn't require experience but basic knowledge and skills which you can learn on your own. Or you can do an internship to get the experience.
