Those wheelchairs are not intended for long term use. They are for folks who need a chair for a very short period, or a few hours a day.
Just like you won't find enterprise software in a big box store, nor its price online, you won't find a price for a wheelchair that is fit for daily, long term use online. In any country.
I don't know about the prices in Germany, but in the UK, a decade ago, the retail for such a wheelchair is about 5,000 GBP. Adjusting for inflation is left as an exercise for the reader.
