Your comments make me believe that you don't share my assessment - but you asked what's wrong about them, and I believe these are the reasons AT is despised by many. I assume you are aware of that, though.

The Romanian charges are higher quality and far more damning - the UK ones fell apart, in no small part due to mismanagement, as the Wikipedia article notes. There's plenty of evidence that passes the sniff test, so if you really believe what you're saying, I'd suggest looking at the evidence linked in Wikipedia's sources that are not from the Tate brothers directly - it may give you more perspective.
