So? Does a completely free speech platform deserve different state policing of disinfo than a curated speech platform? Why?

No idea, that's your particular moot hypothetical.

Meanwhile, in the world we all live in, X under Musk isn't a free speech platform (so free speech hypotheticals are fully in the fantasy football domain).

Will the EU investigate itself for pushing disinfo all the time on its citizens?

This "disinformation and toxicity" needs to get eradicated from the law.
