If UN was a serious organization then it would have eliminated such genocidal terrorist organization like Hamas instead of financing it and would not cry when somebody else is doing it.

Hamas have stated that they will comply with any orders issued by the ICJ. They've repeatedly tried to make deals to return the hostages, as early as Oct 9th, but for Israel it has never been about the hostages - to claims otherwise is absurd, especially given Israel's indiscriminate bombing, and even direct killing of hostages.
Israel meanwhile... not so much behaving like grown ups. Instead, they've explicitly said they will ignore the ICJ, they've threatened the ICJ judges, and even threatened to kill more Palestinian civilians. It's a genocidal clown show.
Like I explained in another comment, you appear to be one of these "anti-Zionist" i.e. a person who claims that Jews do not have right for their own state on their ancestors land and they should be either killed or at minimum deported.
This is also clearly the reason why you support Hamas, a terrorist organization that committed an actual genocide on 7th October by targeting Jewish people. Israel has every right to destroy such genocidal organization in Gaza, like ISIS was destroyed in Mosul.
