Hamas has only agreed with cease-fire. That is the only order from ICJ that they agreed to comply when Israel would do the same. Of course they will - they are trying every opportunity to force a cease-fire on Israel so they could regroup and still keep over 100 hostages, including women.
Like I explained in another comment, you appear to be one of these "anti-Zionist" i.e. a person who claims that Jews do not have right for their own state on their ancestors land and they should be either killed or at minimum deported.
This is also clearly the reason why you support Hamas, a terrorist organization that committed an actual genocide on 7th October by targeting Jewish people. Israel has every right to destroy such genocidal organization in Gaza, like ISIS was destroyed in Mosul.
