My personal opinion is that Remote work works because it is remote. Trying to mimic physical office settings, engagements, sync, etc., with the Remote paradigm is not the right way of doing it.

I believe it is more about processes, patterns, and expectations that will make remote working work. Tools should fit in these processes, not the other way around—fitting the processes/culture around the tools.

Came to write this exact comment. The tool is more aimed at C-level trying to reclaim a lost era, and not a better way to do remote.
