Yawn...
Point 1. False. Omnivore diet is more healthy for humans than a vegan diet by a mile.
The problem is the meat industry, not the meat itself. But industrial production of vegetables has exactly the same probelem. Industrial production of vegan food is exactly as much bad, --if not worse-- (Because the astonishing amount of pseudoscience attached).
If you want to start peeing fair amounts of toxic pesticides every day of your life, go vegan.
Point 3 is too simplistic to be meaningful. Having animals turn indigestible cellulose into tasty food is the opposite term to food inefficiency. It does not really matter if (lets say) only "20%" of the hay is converted into meat. We can't eat hay, bark, grass, branches or dry leaves.
Point 4 Cows massively increased the --cure-- of novel pathogens, because breeding cows is directly related with the incredibly useful concept of Vaccine.
