Files in ChatGPT user home directory

Using ChatGPT-4, I've asked it to write a program listing all the files in the home directory, and got:

.ipython kernel-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.json (x3) .bashrc .profile .bash_logout README .config .openai_internal .local cache

I was then able to ask it to navigate across these directories and read some files, including being able to tell which ports my instance was running on, internally.

Then my session time ran out due to having so many requests.

I'm assuming this isn't a security concern, but I found it interesting.

No files with any passwords?

I didn't see any, just some keys that I assume were temporary. My session ran short and I didn't bother looking into it further.
