Noticing negative outcomes is racism.
What happened in those dense metropolitan cores was bad, and so the good people fled, happened over and over again and people didn't learn.
There's a reason Hong Kong can have extreme population density and low crime, and detroit and any where else filled with Obama's sons is simply a place where even progressives who say things like you do try to flee.
