I've admittedly been at the same company for 10 years, but no where that I know of does unpaid internships anymore. And our experience with interns is that they are a great way to find some really good future employees but absolutely a productivity drain on the team while they are here. It's worth it because of the hiring pipeline it creates, but 100% not worth it just for the work the interns do while they are interns.

What company in tech has unpaid internships? They’re paid less, but they’re still paid in any tech firm I’m aware of.
