It's ridiculous to compare Hamas retoric which is literally genocidal with a single Israeli government minister who was immediately censured by the rest of his government for his Nuke comment. And Israeli government changes every few years with democratic elections and many Israeli governments have made massive peace efforts despite constant Palestinian terrorist attacks.

Israel built al-Sharif, to better the living conditions in Gaza. There may have been a bunker and limited tunnels originally, but Hamas developed this much further and linked it to their extensive tunnel system.
