We are: Kasper (Otpei): https://soundcloud.com/otpei * 37 years old * musician in all areas * early pensionist on danish welfare * daily meds: 150mg venlafaxin, 3mg reagila

Johannes (Supernihil): https://supernihil.github.io * 35 years old * visual code monkey and exploiter of all things unnecessary * on welfare but working 9 hours weekly as a gravedigger * daily meds: sertralin 150mg

the video: the track is called "Ro" (calmness in danish) and is made 3 years ago but we finally got around making a video for it. The video is made using a midi export of the track and using the notes as triggers for a programmed artificial paintbrush that paints using a brush that contains motifs of old greek sculptures. Furthermore a video of Kasper's face has been tracked in 3d and moshed using turing patterns and inserted hanging in the empty void. Finally the original sound triggered brush strokes has also been partly repainted using turing patterns and old film grain.

Very cool, thanks for sharing! It reminds me of my early days on the internet, full of potential and comforting weirdness.

It's great. I liked the music too. Reminds me of electronic music from 20 years ago. Like a music video that would have been on late night CBC ZeD.

I also appreciated looking at the python code to see the general workflow of making something like.
