And you're basing this on your how many years in uniform, or how many years in civilian government service? Why should you have any credibility?
The US has many flaws, but the idea that one poll determines what is or isn't a "full democracy" is frankly childish. As is pulling out snarky Clemenceau quotes when the US already has full civilian control over the military.
