Honestly, this is basically it. The organisms that supposedly don't suffer from aging, are probably just better at accounting for entropy.

Over time things break down and don’t work as well. Some organs cope with this better than others. This is how I read it.

This theory means nothing if it can't be tested, if we can't act on it in some way.
