Post-scarcity does not mean that scarcity has been eliminated for all goods and services but that all people can easily have their basic survival needs met along with some significant proportion of their desires for goods and services.

To your point, they do. However I’d assert that’s mostly due to income inequality and false scarcity to induce labor for labors sake.

Not for all goods and services, no. It's not just the basic necessities for life though.

And I'd assert it's not mostly due to income inequality.
