I have chatgpt plus, and it says I'm using the May 12th version, but I don't have the beta features available; I guess it must be a staged roll out.

Excited to see what plugins and web browsing can do though, since Bard and bing already have web browsing enabled.

You have to turn them on in the Options menu.

Anecdotal: Even with Web Browsing enabled in the Options menu, it continues to report that the feature doesn't exist and cites the September 21 cut off. Odd!

You have to use GPT4, and specifically click the browsing beta option.

Thanks - didn't see that browser beta is hover-hidden option under GPT-4 selected!

I'm in the same boat but can't see it even with gpt-4 selected first. Please can you explain how you found the beta option? Thanks

Where is that Options menu supposed to be?

Edit: I guess I'm in the same case as your parent: the "beta features" section in Settings doesn't exist even though it says "ChatGPT May 12 Version".
