This is why I believe companies should not be fined, but instead their logos should be taken away. Or a warning or Unicode U+1F4A9 sign should become part of the trademarked logo for some period of time, depending on the severity of the offense.
This will hurt companies more than a fine which is just a slap on the wrist, or the cost of doing business.
