He was attacked for donating $1000 to a majority supported proposition 6 years before he became CEO. Not only that but he had made ensuring that his actions as CEO would be fair and inclusive a major cornerstone of everything he had planned [1]. That is a post made almost immediately after his appointment after CEO. Nonetheless he was forced out after less than 2 weeks.
