[This link](https://incidentdatabase.ai/apps/discover/?classifications=C... ) appears to filter for "Severe" incident-reports.

Seems like [the "Incidents" page](https://incidentdatabase.ai/apps/incidents/ ) ought to show severity, including allowing it as a sort-by feature.

You found it, more is coming in this regard in about 7 weeks. It is a data annotation task more than a systems one at this point.
