Why do I get the feeling that some of these jobs are 100% bs and are only being put up for the appearance of health to outsiders. I swear I've seen some of these positions before months ago.

some roles are here every fucking month. and for some of these, i was overqualified and never received a response, so it's just marketing. this month is particularly bad.
