It absolutely exists. Insane books like “White Fragility” didn’t come out of nowhere. There are whole academic departments in universities coming up with the underlying ideas.

If it comes across that these equity programs are anti-white and anti-Asian it’s because the underlying ideology expressly is those things. Everything revolves around whites as the oppressors, and Asians (and sometimes Jews) figure in only insofar as they “help uphold white supremacy.”
