Of course, you can monitor the information transactions of the person making or influencing the decision and the transactions of companies that are currently in a contractual relationship or are bidding for a contract.

Maybe AI can find potential examples of corruption.
But exposing possible political corruption that should be investigated isn't really that hard. We're all aware of congressmen that are suspiciously great financial traders for instance.
But bypassing the media filters that ignore lots of bad actors, not being shouted down as a conspiracy theorist, and finding government agents who actually proceed with charges is the real trick. Can AI help with that?
