As a https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_citizen_movement I, king of my sovereign, also issue an arrest warrant for war criminal Putin. Of course, upon capture I will consider cooperating with these ICC people (if I determine them to be legitimate — seems like they have a questionable history) but the criminal will of course have to go through my courts first.

Hopefully this gives some comfort to victims of the invasion.

I think this is sarcasm, and you're saying that ICC's warrant holds about as much sway in practice as if a "Sovereign Citizen" issued one... yes?

Applying maximum pressure to Russia requires issuing these warrants even if they’re unlikely to successfully bring him personally to justice. The relative sway doesn’t matter, I’m just doing what I can to send a message that these actions are not okay.
