Yeah, but you also wouldn't see 200% YOY headcount growth in larger companies.

The companies that actually grew responsibly (aka not FAANG) are generally doing less/smaller layoffs/none at all.

I was speaking more broadly of the tech industry but yes in this case you're correct.
