I don't think all the natives exterminated within the "west" ( whatever that is ), black enslaved and currently imprisoned, etc would believe such nonsense. Why limit it to "within its own territories". Do the civil rights of people outside of the west not count? The funny thing is most of the land we call "the west" is territory stolen from natives, aborigines, etc through genocide. The west set the bar as low as it can get. Don't think china nor pakistan will ever reach that level.
