While this sucks, there's a functioning P2P exchange on Binance that will let you do the exchange (albeit with slightly increased risk).

I'm personally not into crypto but I get that there're places where crypto is the only way to have any savings, think countries without free currency exchange and high inflation, like Argentina or Ukraine.
