I've been writing stories with ChatGPT for a while now – it's REALLY good for the first response and then falls into a rut where it loves to follow the same structure over and over and over.
It's frankly excellent at anticipating the expected beats in the story: "Alicia couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched" is great.
But each response follows the format of "Alicia verbed. As thing happensother thing happens. Then, final thing occurs", and the choices follow the format of "Try to x, despite y".
