Interesting, I use OpenNIC, another free DNS service, and they don't seem to have any problems.

"Don't have any problems" and "Don't have problems that they are telling you about" are different things.

They may have an abuse@opennic address they've never opened. An ignored problem isn't a problem, well until it is.

Or they may deal with it and not mention the costs of doing so.
