What makes the drives so expensive? Is it just the fact that they're still pretty niche?
Interesting way to encourage open weights models. It sounds like anyone wanting to export closed AI will have to apply for a licence.
I thought that happened decades ago.
It's a old Doogee v31gt running android 13

Edit: It looks to be my phone, I just tried it again and it says "This phone can't do the motion tracking Live needs"

This could've been rendered relatively secure had the USB stick been potted, but I guess that would've cost an extra few cents. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potting_(electronics)
Whenever I try live view I get "tracking did not start. Try again" on android
Hypothetically, how would that apply to a litigant in person?
It's something I've read a few times. Most of the studies I've seen say it's effect is modest at best. At least if it was a drug there wouldn't be enough evidence for it to get FDA approval (especially with all the "side effects" such as injury)

Arguably this is a limitation on how the studies were done, as nobody is going to pay for extensive studies since you can't patent exercise.

Anyone know of companies in the UK that offer this kind of testing inexpensively?

The grill thing is weird to me, do EVs even need an air intake?
You still have to deal with people thinking you drive a tesla.
Re:We're releasing the weights of Mistral Large 4 on Thursday October 29, 2026 @12:38PM (#50291868)
Isn't it basically settled that model weights can't be copyrighted as they don't pass the threshold of originality?
Re:We're releasing the weights of Mistral Large 4 on Thursday October 29, 2026 @12:35PM (#50291819)
Hence the difference between open weights and open source.

But this is neither.

In that case he was targeting someone who was attempting to dox him to get him arrested. What would be the motivation in this case?

Employers used to just build housing for their employees. While in some cases it lead to questionably practices, it almost seems the lesser evil today.

I was wondering about servers on satellites.
I'm not sure if it's crashed or just very slow, but I've been waiting several minutes to preview a fillet on a cylinder end.
What's wrong with surveilling LEO? If they have nothing to hide they have nothing to fear.

I'm a big macross and gundam fan, but I never could get into armoured core, I always ended up in debt from ammunition costs.
Re:SS United States to be sunk as largest artificial reef on Tuesday October 27, 2026 @07:43PM (#50267465)
The first steam ships were paddle steamers, wiki even says SS can just be a generic term for steam ship.

It's not unusual for acronyms to have multiple meanings, the S in HMS can mean submarine, as submarines aren't ships.

Theft requires that you intentionally deprive the original owner of the object, this is copying.
