Did FTX US users have their funds lost as well as FTX global customers prior to bankruptcy proceedings? The way SBF painted the picture I assumed they were two separate entities; would this be in the SEC's purview then?

According to the current FTX CEO, in a statement to the House Financial Services Committee:

I find all these replies very funny given that these were the same people who defended FTX when the CZ tweet happened. Apparently gme had some tie up with FTX and that was reason enough for these people to declare it to be FUD
