It is so good, so close, and yet it misses on the one point where I think most humans would find the only real similarity: A cannon (not a Howitzer, but oldschool cannon, which most people will imagine I think) fires cannon balls, which are spheres, and a beach ball is a spherical shape. Now, a "Howitzer" specifically fires shells of artillery that aren't spherical, sure, but the weapon is a direct descendant of the classic cannon firing round cannon balls and it is right there in the name. I'd imagine if asked to find some similarity, many humans would latch onto the cannon > cannon ball > beach ball train. If it had picked up on that I'd really be speechless. And maybe it would have if the seed/temperature was slightly different.
