If OP is interviewing externally then I wouldn't bother asking for this. They probably don't even have a formal scale or rubric, or if they did they wouldn't share them with an outside job candidate.

Eh maybe. It’s just a game to entertain the workers. Solve business problems and create value that’s how you move up.
