Interesting to see this data, I hope there is another possible explanation than a market crash...
In our team of 15-ish developers three developers resigned today and one more last month. Two are going to work for US companies remotely that outsource part of their development and have teams/individuals in the EU, one going back to India, and one just decided to spend a year on self improvement and upskilling.
