I like QR code if the menu is responsive and allow ordering directly. No matter high end mid end or low end, I just want to get my food quick and check out quick. Always having to find and speak to a waiter is a big problem for me.

...because you don't want to eat outside or at home?

I like it when there's a combination of both; a menu on the table for looking at and a QR code for extra browsing, ordering and paying. That way I can enjoy company of the people I'm with, the food and the atmosphere but without the awkward waits for the waiter. So no need for our order readiness to sync with when the waiter comes around to ask and instead of a frustrating wait at the end we can just leave when we are done.
