I would assume it would primarily go through the elevator shafts and emergency staircases. But water has a way to go through random path. I live in a concrete building, a neighbour has a leak toward the center of the building, the water made its way through underneath the apartment floors and started pouring from the facade though I couldn’t see any opening.
