Relatedly/notably, the Supreme Court semi-recently struck down a popular ban in Maine against religious schools being entitled to public money.

That's hardly a point of view and more of a knee-jerk reaction. From whataboutism to half-hearted attempts to cast the article as antisemitic to the cynical "so what?" as if the conduct described by the NYT is not so clearly illegal.
