If this isn’t obvious, the “grooming” deepdriver mentions is simply providing medical advice on how to defend against anti-trans state regulations aimed to medically hurt minors.

You didn’t though. It is obvious you have an attitude towards the access of underage children to cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers that differs from that of evidence-based medicine, such as that practiced in Sweden or the UK where such access has been severely curtailed.
