This won't work for us employers as they need your location to know how much to tax you.

Yes, I understand that. Here no location meaning remote jobs that allow working from anywhere. Most of the remote jobs only allow working from a certain location. That's why I am curating this to help digital nomads literally work from anywhere.

This only makes sense for contract positions.

If you're going to be an employee, you need to be eligible to work in the country where the job is posted.

Yes, but you still need to be eligible to work in the country where you are hired from.

This is true for every country.

The only exception is contract work where you are not an employee.
